Set your company pay settings once
Whether PAYE and SDL apply to your business, your pay items, and your logo and details for the payslip.

Run your pay run – weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Choose the pay cycle that fits your team. Each employee's pay is worked out from those settings: PAYE (with the medical tax credit where it applies), SDL and UIF, alongside your own earnings and deductions.

UIF is checked before you lock
The employee and employer UIF contributions must reconcile. If they do not, the payslip cannot be locked, so a wrong figure is caught before anyone receives it.

Lock it and issue the payslip
A locked payslip is kept on the record as issued, and each employee gets a branded PDF payslip and can see it in their own portal.
