Questions people ask
What do I need to do a course?
A phone and a KhayaHR worker account. The lessons are short and written plainly, so you can do them a few minutes at a time and stop whenever you need to.
What is on the certificate?
Your name, the course you completed, the version of it you did, and a reference number. It carries a code that anybody you show it to can scan to check it with KhayaHR.
Is this a national qualification?
No. KhayaHR Academy issues the certificate itself and stands behind it, and an employer can check it against us. It is not accredited as a national qualification.
What does a course cost?
Each course shows its own price when you open it, and some are free. You will always see the price and the terms before you are asked to pay for anything.
Where does my certificate go?
It appears on your KhayaHR Worker Profile with your other training, and you can download it to send to an employer.
