Khaya Connect
Khaya Certified workers
Workers who completed KhayaHR Academy training. Each certificate shown has been approved for the worker's Connect profile.
Khaya Certified means this worker completed the KhayaHR Academy course(s) listed and each certificate was approved for their Connect profile. It is not identity verification, a background check, proof of the right to work, work experience, a reference or a Trust Score, and it does not guarantee suitability for a job.
What Khaya Certified means
Khaya Certified is a training credential. It shows that a worker completed a KhayaHR Academy course and that a KhayaHR reviewer approved the certificate for her Khaya Connect profile.
How a worker earns it
She completes a KhayaHR Academy course. Her certificate is then reviewed by KhayaHR and approved for her Connect profile.
What you will see
A Khaya Certified badge on her profile and in search results, with the name of each certificate she holds. You can filter any search to show certified workers only.
What it is not
It is a training credential, not a background check. It does not confirm identity, the right to work, experience or references, so do your own checks before you hire.
